RED SPRINGS, N.C. (WITN) - Red Springs Police have issued a state wide Amber Alert for a 21-month-old boy. Police say they are searching for William Zavier Colvin who has brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities say there is allegedly one abductor identified as 20-year-old Sabrina Locklear.
